Can pine oil be used as a fertilizer for plants? pls name a few more plant oils that can be used as fertilizer

Pine oil will kill plants. All oil will coat the plants and stop the intake of CO2 and release of O2 through the leaves. A necessary process for a plant to photosynthesize and make sugar to feed the plant.

Same with fats and lards. Do not put them on the plants.

Best fertilizers contain nitrogen, phosphorous and Potassium in the form of Pot Ash. Apply to the soil as the minerals can burn the leaves if applied to the leaves in too strong a quantity. Can pine oil be used as a fertilizer for plants? pls name a few more plant oils that can be used as fertilizer
pine oil is about the same as turpentine so it will kill plants. Ranger is wrong about all oils however. there are some made to spray on plants/trees to kill insects and in some cases an oil is sprayed on to slow water loss from a plant. It do sent stop it but does slow it down.
